1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized/custom-made products.
- Items marked as “final sale.”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at query.nikksjewels@gmail.com or through your account dashboard.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will send return instructions (if applicable).
- Ship the item back to our return address (customer may cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error).
4. Refunds
- Refunds are available within 7 days of the order date.

- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days upon approval.
5. Exchanges
- We allow only one-time exchange for the same product if it is defective or damaged.

- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days with photos/video proof.
- We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
